How BAASLAB Private Limited handles the details you share through stafflab.in. Updated 2026-10-20.
What we collect
- Employer enquiry form: your name, company, phone, email, the service you need and the details you type.
- Candidate form: your name, mobile number, email if given, the job you want, experience, qualification, where you live, preferred area and anything else you type.
- We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN or bank details on this website. We collect those only at joining, in person.
How it reaches us
Forms are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails the details to us. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or call you about a job.
- To match candidates with openings at our clients.
We share a candidate's details with a client only for a job the candidate is being considered for. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as we need them to serve the enquiry. Candidate details are kept while you want to be considered for jobs.
