For employers
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Pimpri, Pune, and deploy across Pune's industrial belt, including Chakan, Talegaon and Pirangut. Tell us your site and we will confirm.
How quickly can you fill a requirement?
It depends on the role, the number of people and the shift pattern. Once we understand the requisition we give you a timeline we can keep, not a guess.
Whose payroll are contract workers on?
Outsourced and contract workers are on BAASLAB payroll. We pay their wages and handle PF, ESIC and the other statutory filings.
What happens if a worker leaves or does not fit?
Replacement support is part of every engagement. Tell your account manager and we arrange a replacement.
Can you handle only our payroll?
Yes. Payroll management is offered on its own, for your own employees, covering salary processing, PF, ESIC, PT, bonus and MIS reports.
Do you hire for office roles too?
Yes. We place engineers, IT, finance, HR and admin staff on temporary, contract or permanent terms.

What kind of jobs do you have?
Shop floor roles such as operators, fitters, welders and helpers, and office roles in engineering, IT, finance and admin, mostly in and around Pune.
How do I apply?
Fill in the form on the Careers page, or send your details on WhatsApp. We call you when a suitable opening comes up.
Which documents will I need?
Usually Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, educational and ITI certificates, and previous experience letters if you have them.
Will I get PF and ESIC?
Workers on BAASLAB payroll are covered under PF and ESIC as the law requires.
